Interim Recruitment Partner - Operational Directorate\n\n6-Month Contract (Extension Likely) £26 per hour | Grade D | Birmingham (3 days on-site)\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to join a high-impact programme within a busy operational directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a large-scale recruitment plan, supporting the mobilisation of over 700 roles across a diverse and essential service.Working closely with the Resourcing Lead, you will be embedded within the directorate and collaborate with service leaders and Heads of HR to deliver end-to-end recruitment. You will play a critical role in ensuring recruitment activity is delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with agreed processes, while supporting a high-volume and fast-paced hiring environment.\n\nThe successful candidate will:\n\nManage full life cycle recruitment across a high volume of roles\nPartner with service leaders and HR teams to deliver against an ambitious workforce plan\nProvide expert advice on recruitment best practice and ensure process adherence\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and guiding them to achieve effective outcomes\nSupport consistency and quality across all recruitment activity\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journeyWe are looking for someone who brings:\n\nProven experience in recruitment, ideally within high-volume or operational hiring \nExperience within or alongside the public sector (desirable) \nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, guide and constructively challenge \nThe ability to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace \nA proactive and solutions-focused approachThis role offers the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale and high-profile recruitment programme, working alongside experienced leaders in a collaborative environment.
