At Guild Bespoke Metalworks, we don’t just fabricate metal, we create one-of-a-kind pieces that tell a story. Our close-knit team of skilled welders and fabricators combine traditional craftsmanship with modern precision to deliver truly bespoke work.

Now, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for quality, detail, and getting it right first time.

What you will be doing

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our workshop, with a strong focus on quality control alongside procurement coordination. You will be:

• Leading quality inspections from incoming goods to final release
• Driving our right-first-time culture
• Managing procurement of materials, components, and subcontracted work
• Working closely with production, design, and suppliers
• Supporting our journey towards a more formal Quality Management System (including ISO 9001 alignment)

What we are looking for

We are keen to speak with candidates who:

• Have experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering environments
• Can confidently interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Bring strong attention to detail and practical quality experience
• Are organised, proactive, and comfortable working across teams and suppliers
