Their fitters will be installing the company’s product range of custodial products and they are looking for multi-skilled operatives and welders & fabricators to join their growing team.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Deliver high-quality welding and fitting works that meet company standards and customer expectations\n\n * Manage materials, tools, and time effectively to support project profitability\n\n * Complete accurate documentation, including job sheets and site reports\n\n * Communicate clearly with customers, the Service Centre, and colleagues throughout each project\n\n * Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures\n\n * Provide flexible support to the rest of the team of welders and multi skilled operatives as needed\n\n * Participate in toolbox talks, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives\n\n * Travel across the UK when required to support national project delivery\n\nSkills & Experience Required:\n\n * Proven experience delivering high-quality multi-trade works\n\n * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on-site\n\n * Good communication and customer service skills\n\n * Ability to manage time, materials, and costs effectively\n\n * Understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\n * CSCS card\n\n * City & Guilds or other accredited qualification in a relevant field\n\n * Desirable but not essential: IPATH, PASMA, Fire Marshalling course, First aid, Welding Experience, NVQ Level 2 or above\n\n * Any offer of employment will be subject to obtaining security clearance: Enhanced Level 1 & 2 and CTC\n\nRewards:\n\n * Company Vehicle, Fuel card, Mobile phone, Tablet, Tools, Uniform.\n\n * Competitive Salary,\n\n * Recognition initiatives and awards\n\n * For Paye: Group Pension Scheme.
