Mobile Fabric Engineer – London\n\nLocation: London & Surrounding Areas\nSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)\nHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nMobile Fabric Engineer:\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a growing and well-established building services company covering commercial sites across London.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated engineer looking to join a supportive business that offers genuine career progression, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package.\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of planned and reactive building fabric maintenance tasks across a portfolio of commercial properties.\n\nDuties will include:\n\n * General building fabric maintenance and repairs\n\n * Basic carpentry, painting and decorating\n\n * Minor plumbing repairs\n\n * Patch plastering and making good works\n\n * Door, lock and ironmongery repairs\n\n * Flooring and ceiling repairs\n\n * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)\n\n * Reactive maintenance and fault finding\n\n * Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard\n\n * Building strong relationships with clients and site teams\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Previous experience working as a Fabric Engineer, Handyperson, Maintenance Technician or similar role\n\n * Good all-round building fabric maintenance knowledge\n\n * Experience working within commercial buildings preferred\n\n * Full UK Driving Licence\n\n * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach\n\n * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively\n\nWhat's On Offer?\n\n * Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience\n\n * Company van and fuel card provided\n\n * 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays\n\n * Overtime opportunities available\n\n * Private pension scheme\n\n * Ongoing training and development\n\n * Career progression opportunities\n\n * Stable, long-term employment with a reputable company\n\n * Excellent company benefits package\n\nIf you are an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer looking for your next challenge with a company that invests in its employees, we would love to hear from you.\n\nApply today to be considered for this exciting opportunity
