We are seeking an Early Careers Advisor to join a collaborative HR and Talent team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

This role will focus on supporting the attraction, recruitment and development of graduates, apprentices and early career professionals. You will play a key role in delivering engaging recruitment campaigns, managing candidate journeys and helping to coordinate development programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate graduate, apprenticeship and internship recruitment activity
• Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling
• Build relationships with universities, careers services and external partners
• Support assessment centres and recruitment events
• Maintain accurate recruitment and programme records
• Assist with onboarding and development initiatives for early careers talent
• Produce reports and recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• Previous experience within Early Careers, Graduate Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience coordinating recruitment campaigns or talent programmes
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience within professional services, legal, financial services or similar environments is advantageous
