\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with NHS standards.
\nParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing professional development activities.
\nRequired Qualifications and Experience:
\nRelevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.
\nRegistration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
\nCompletion of NHS mandatory training.
\nProven experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting.
\nDesirable Skills:
