We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Account Director to lead a prestigious London-based public sector estate portfolio. This is a high-profile leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, strategic growth, and service innovation across a complex and highly visible estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a large and complex public sector estate.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive operational performance, service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, contractual, and health & safety requirements.
• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across facilities management, engineering, and support services.
• Deliver financial performance in line with budget and contractual commitments.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and value creation.
• Manage risk effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

About You

You will be a proven leader with experience managing significant public sector or government contracts and a track record of delivering results in complex environments.

Essential Experience

• Senior account leadership experience within Facilities Management, Property Services, or Estates Management.
• Experience managing large-scale public sector, government, healthcare, education, or civic estates.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with responsibility for P&L performance.
• Demonstrable experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and operational risk management.
